​GRWA with Qingdao University jointly organize to "Professional Services · Training Top Specialized Talents" Series of activities

Recently, a school-enterprise cooperation activity named "Professional Services · Training Top Specialized Talents" was launched between GRWA and Qingdao University. The series of activities include the joint of an expert advisory group, organization of school visits to GRWA production line and operation center, school presentations in Qingdao University, and external hiring of guest professors of Qingdao University as consultants for the special group.

The expert consultant group is composed of visiting professors of Qingdao University, staff of GRWA customer service center, marketing center and operation center, and outstanding graduates won the national scholarship of Qingdao University. Its main mission is to guide the two-way upgrading of universities and enterprises. On the one hand, it provides GRWA customer service team  ;with professional skills training, service content optimization, management and  production mechanism upgrading, and puts forward new ideas and new programs; on the other hand, it learns from the successful enterprise experience of GRWA, and provides landing programs and practical guidance for school students employment and talent training.
