Starting
The second factory was established in 2017, due to a customer complaint that "your product delivery time is too slow". At that time, the first factory under its subsidiary was the only one without the "three-way catalytic converter" in the production and production of automobile exhaust systems. Because the production material and process of the "three-way catalytic converter" were more demanding than other components. At that time, there were only a handful of domestic and even international companies capable of independently producing three-way catalytic converters.
General Manager Li of GRWA saw the complaint from the customer,her heart was very complicated. After calmly thinking for three days, she coordinated with the senior management of the production and sales departments to hold five work meetings. The final decision was made and the second factory was established separately, specializing in three-way catalytic converters.

Development
The factory has established its own laboratory, catalyst coating workshop and mold processing since its inception.
The factory advocates independent research and development, using domestic resources such as rare earth, precious metals and non-precious metals as the main raw materials, supplemented by other chemical raw materials, multiple experiments, self-proportioning, and forming a unique high-tech formula.
With years of persistent exploration and accumulation, on the basis of self-developed three-way catalyst technology, we absorb the essence of domestic and foreign technology, and use scientific, mature and complete production technology to match the advanced automatic temperature control tunnel kiln equipment at home and abroad.
The production method, the catalysts, three-way catalytic converters and other products produced all meet the Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, and Euro V vehicle emission standards.
In addition to the differences in diesel vehicles, our factory also produces diesel vehicle three-way catalytic converters and diesel catalytic converters with DPF. The DPF produced by our factory, that is, wall flow carrier, is divided into cordierite and silicon carbide, which can effectively CO, CH, NO and PM meet international requirements and fully meet the needs of our customers.

After years of accumulation of experience, the second plant has achieved leapfrog development. The research and development directions include research on catalyst carriers, catalytic coatings and catalyst active components, research on injection controller software and hardware control strategies, exhaust gas after treatment product structure and welding technology research and other areas.
Independently designed and built carrier catalyst coating line, honeycomb ceramic carrier production line, urea injection pump assembly line, injection controller (DCU) assembly line, pump-tank integrated urea distribution system assembly line and catalytic converter packaging and other assembly lines, with exhaust gas The post-processing system completes the industrial chain.
The factory pays attention to quality inspection and is equipped with test equipment for vibration, rain, salt spray, high and low temperature, etc.
It has the ability to perform performance testing and inspection on various types of diesel engines, after treatment systems and core components, and has CVS (full flow emission) testing ability.
The R&D department has long-term cooperation with Tsinghua University, Qingdao University and other scientific research institutes to provide strong support for the technological innovation of factory products.
At present, the factory has established an automated production line, introduced domestic and foreign advanced production and testing equipment. It has automatic and manual coating production lines, large-scale spinning equipment, pipe bending equipment, liquid gas storage tanks imported from the United States, Japanese Panasonic welding manipulators, and robot automatic welding production lines .
Through the construction of PLM, ERP, CRM, MES and other information management platforms and the data business integration between the platforms. it can effectively control the process of product design,testing, manufacturing, sales and maintenance preparation, and the degree of production automation The machining accuracy has reached the world's advanced level.
