In order to ensure product quality, GRWA has a profound R&D foundation, not only has every process been strictly controlled, but also a comprehensive data management system will track all data in real time, especially the power data of the original car, the piping data of the original exhaust system, and the test data of the pilot product, etc., striving to make a good moat of product quality.

In addition to the data system, we use a lot of imported CNC equipment, including laser cutting machines, automatic welding machines, automatic tube bending machines and CNC machines.

Take the pipe bender for example, CNC equipment can make the bending angle more accurate, smooth and natural, so that the manufacture of the exhaust pipe wall is smoother, can effectively reduce the exhaust resistance to make the exhaust smoother and easier to increase the speed, can reduce the acceleration time and increase the instantaneous explosive force, so as to achieve the purpose of improving power.

In addition, CNC cutting equipment can make the cutting size more accurate, and together with CNC welding equipment can produce the most exquisite and strongest welds. The cutting-edge R&D concept and technology have helped GRWA to form a diversified product matrix, which also brings better services to customers, and thus the brand influence and reputation have been accumulated.
